Manufacturing
Stokcrete carries out its precast concrete product manufacturing under 1500m2 of warehouse with the use of 3 gantry cranes ranging from 3 to 10 tonne. Manufacturing in this controlled environment makes quality control, efficiency and safety uncomplicated. To meet its distribution requirements Stokcrete has developed a mobile Precast concrete facility to keep distribution costs to a minimum.
Design
Stokcrete concrete water troughs are made from one piece of steel reinforced concrete that sits flat on ground for higher stability. We have incorporated a polythene lid to our rectangular troughs which gives the best protection to the water float as well as a polythene water bung for cost effectiveness and ease of use.
Stokcrete continuously develops its products by working with farmers to modify its product to suit differing needs. Customer feedback is important to us and this is how our product has evolved over 20 years.
Flexibility
Stokcrete works with farmers to meet their needs. We can modify our product, such as quick release water outlets for feed lots or modifying inlets for differing water volumes and pressures. What ever the application, we will work with you to give you what you want.
